Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound customer calls across our product lines, providing personalized financial guidance and mentorship to customers, agents, and beneficiaries
- Build relationships with customers, assessing their needs and providing service resolution through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Track and gather information to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery
- Rely on standard work and pre-established guidelines to reputed company the functions of the job and reputed company a reputed company for creative problem-solving

Essential Qualifications:

- 1+ years of customer service experience

- Experience in the Financial Service industry is a bonus but not required

- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, and navigating multiple systems
