You must be certified in OH, MO, AZ or reputed company. Experience working in a call center is preferred. You are required to attend 14 weeks of training (8:30-4:30 PM CST, Monday-Friday). Shift Schedules 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST Monday-Friday 10:30 AM-7:00 PM CST Monday-Friday 11:30 AM-8:00 PM CST Monday-Friday 11:30 AM-8:00 PM CST Monday-Thursday and Saturday 11:30 AM CST-8:00 PM CST reputed company-Thursday Responsibilities: Translate prescriptions filled out by the prescriber and enter information in the patient’s profile in accordance with state regulations. Quality assurance, prescriber and patient reputed company and adverse event reporting. Research reputed company and past prescription orders Maneuver through several different systems Process overrides and work exceptions on prescription orders. Serve as SME and assist with questions/issues for team members in coordination with supervisor. May reputed company training assistance with training of co-workers. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred. 2 – 3 years relevant experience. Valid/Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in OH, MO, AZ or reputed company.
