Remote Pharmacist (Bilingual - Spanish)

Job Description reputed company is seeking a Remote Pharmacist who is bilingual in English/Spanish and licensed as a pharmacist to join a strong team of clinicians, analysts, and clinical support staff at a reputed company startup. The purpose of this position is to reputed company an expert level medication therapy consultation and med reconciliation to the patients and providers and to help supervise the Clinical Care support team. This candidate will have a direct impact on patient care and the delivery of our core clinical services, stay continuously up to date on developments in the fast-moving drug field, and be aware of emerging patterns, treatment guidelines, and best practices. Skills And Requirements

• Actively Licensed as a Pharmacist (Pharmacist will be limited to assignment reputed company appropriate scope of licensure depending on state they are licensed in)
• Bilingual in English AND Spanish
• Experience handling 45+ outbound calls per day
• 2+ years of Med Reconciliation experience
• Ability to review and assess the appropriateness of prescriptions with respect to age specific, disease state specific considerations
• Ability to engage with the patients, promote adherence and treat them with reputed company and compassion
• Knowledge of chronic disease states, such as diabetes, heart failure, COPD, asthma, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, dyslipidemia, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, and thought disorders
• Experience working with patients of different cultural, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds
• Has knowledge of influence of patient's age, sex, concomitant disease states, reputed company drug therapy, foods and diagnostic procedures on drug activity and disposition
• Has knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements reputed company to areas of functional responsibility
• Willingness and ability to obtain registered pharmacist license in other states, as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
