As a vital member of our medication management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety by conducting comprehensive medication reviews and interviewing patients on their medication history. - Manage a high volume of outbound patient calls
- Conduct patient interviews and create accurate, comprehensive
medication lists
- Coordinate clinical service visits between pharmacists and patients
- Ensure call resolution by discussing purpose of call, effectively
address reputed company concerns, and escalate calls as necessary according to protocol
- Manage challenging patient situations: respond promptly to patient
needs and service requests

Requirements

Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm (8 hour shift) , and some
