IT Business Analyst (REMOTE)

Job Title: IT Business Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire Overview: Our client, a growing FinTech company, is seeking 2 IT Business Analysts to join their team. These Business Analysts should have a focus in application development projects, ideally with some mortgage industry knowledge. These roles are 100% remote, working EST hours. This position must convert after 6 months with no sponsorship. Summary: The Business Analyst supports the organization by analyzing requirements, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions that enhance business operations and meet organizational objectives. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess reputed company practices and functions, collect information, and analyze industry trends to align with organizational goals.
• Evaluate existing business structures and operational functions to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and reputed company insights for new projects and programs based on organizational needs.
• Analyze and study existing systems and products to recommend enhancements.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders; analyze, summarize, and present findings in technical reports.
• Communicate insights, requirements, and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.

• Handle moderately reputed company issues independently; escalate more reputed company issues to higher-level staff.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University
• Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience required.
• Mortgage industry knowledge is a plus.
