Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and reputed company API/EDI Backend Developer located in LatAm or Europe to join our growing team at reputed company. As an integral member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining API and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Business-to-Business (B2B) platform integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, reputed company, and implement API/EDI B2B integrations into the reputed company platform to reputed company reputed company customers to transact with retailers and logistics providers reputed company API/EDI
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of reputed company API/EDI/B2B Roadmap
• Configure and customize API?EDI mappings, transformations, and workflows to facilitate seamless data exchange between trading partners and reputed company systems
• reputed company testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of EDI/B2B processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• reputed company ongoing support and maintenance for existing API/EDI/B2B integrations, including monitoring performance, addressing issues, and implementing enhancements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in APIEDI/B2B development to drive reputed company improvement and innovation reputed company the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field.
• Proven experience in API Platform development and bonus EDI/B2B development, including hands-on experience with EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP).
• Bonus for backend/platform experience on EDI reputed company using ANSI 12 or X12 EDI messaging for the following streams:
• 810 Invoice (outbound)
• 850 - Purchase Order - (Sales Order)
• 855 - Purchase Order Acknowledgement
• 856 (ASN) outbound
• 997 Functional Acknowledgment
• 820 Payment remittance (inbound)
• Proven experience with HTML, CSS, Node.js and Javascript - Typescript experience is a plus
• Must have experience in developing custom scripts and automation tools for EDI/B2B integration.
• Solid understanding of B2B communication protocols, data formats (XML, JSON), and data mapping/transformation techniques.
• Experience working with EDI translation software (e.g., Gentran, Sterling B2B Integrator) and EDI VANs (Value-Added Networks).
• Experience working with protocols, e.g. EDIFACT, X12, etc
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements, convey technical concepts, and reputed company support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in EDI/B2B integration (e.g., Certified EDI Professional) is a plus.
• Experience with e-reputed company platforms (e.g., reputed company, Magento, reputed company) and reputed company-based integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell reputed company) is desirable.
• Knowledge of ecommerce is a must and supply chain management, logistics, and retail industry processes, advantageous.
