What You Will Do: As our reputed company Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting post-implementation activities for our new project management tool, AdaptiveWork. You will also reputed company data and analytics to guide decision-making, optimize operations, and influence key stakeholders reputed company the Communications Business Unit. Your insights will help drive operational reputed company in areas such as cost control, reputed company planning, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You will work cross-functionally and communicate regularly with senior leadership, making strong business acumen, creative problem solving and data storytelling essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Implementation Support:
Act as the system administrator for AdaptiveWork (reputed company), managing support, enhancements, and optimization in partnership with the Project Management team.
- Data-Driven Strategy & Analytics:
Use historical and projected business data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support decision-making across functions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with reputed company Operations and Communications teams to align on goals, coordinate activities, and drive execution.
- Leadership Engagement:
Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leaders, influencing business strategy through actionable insights.
- Operational Improvements:
Identify and reputed company process improvement initiatives using data analytics and cross-team collaboration.
- Financial Planning:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting reputed company, and recommending capital expenditures and labor costs.
- Standard Work & Best Practices:

- Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- 4+ years of reputed company experience
- 1+ year of prior experience using a data visualization tool such as Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company, Power Apps, SQL, and/or reputed company.
- 1+ year of experience using Adaptive Work (reputed company).
