What You’ll Do

Identify and research potential client companies and hiring opportunities (US, EU, UK)

Build and qualify outbound prospect lists (ICP-based) using reputed company, databases, and sales tools

Support and execute outbound campaigns (email & reputed company)

Personalize reputed company using insights on hiring needs, funding, and growth signals

Track market trends, funding reputed company, and company updates to generate new opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking

Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to convert leads into active hiring projects
