- American citizen
- At least 2 years of foreign language teaching experience supporting various Government Services sectors, delivered in a virtual setting.
- Educated reputed company speaker of the reputed company language or have an educated near-reputed company foreign language capability in speaking, listening and reading (language rating of ILR level 3/3/3).
- Experience in creating energetic blended learning lessons and the ability to tailor existing materials to fit the customer's needs and expectations.

- Master's Degree in the reputed company language, education or a reputed company field
