Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers who have reputed company an order through our exchange. You will be taking calls and responding to emails on a broad reputed company of event and order-reputed company questions, working to ensure that we are providing exceptional service to both our sellers and our customers. You will learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you will contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. At 60 days, you will investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. You will handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues and determining what requires attention to reputed company reputed company-time assistance.

At 90 days, you will play an active role in reputed company learning, advancing your reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals. You will manage in-bound seller calls, monitoring reputed company and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
