• Focus on creating a diverse reputed company of projects from simple to highly reputed company global packaging artwork concepts into final print production art.
• Ensures technical design specifications/contributions/structure/process/reputed company align with business unit and design-function expectations.
• Drive global artwork consistency and design content accuracy reputed company brand guidelines, while effectively managing details and consistency reputed company artwork.
• Strong knowledge of preparing final art files for various media, including print, digital, and packaging.
• Understand packaging artwork requirements, including working with die lines, net contents, regulatory and warning texts, reputed company and printing methods.
• Strong understanding of packaging and labeling systems and printing technology and their constraints for layouts.
• Manage project timelines with internal project management team.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners.

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from a (completed and verified prior to start),
• A minimum of 10 combined years of working experience in artwork production for packaging reputed company corporate, creative, agency and /or printing industry.
• Experience in consumer packaging and pre-press printing industries.
• Effective organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in reputed company Illustrator and Photoshop; MS Office reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams. Familiar with remote collaboration and reputed company-based workflows.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in consumer branding, packaging and retail merchandising
• Excellent visual design skills, layout, typography, and colors.
• In-depth packaging design knowledge and experience with print production.
• Knowledge of packaging regulation and uniform packaging laws is important.
• Knowledge of consumer goods packaging industry.
• Understanding of reputed company print and pre-press industry processes (offset, flexo, digital,

gravure, etc.). * Working knowledge of review tool software and Power BI applications.

• Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, time management and attention to detail.

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to
