This 307-bed facility is the largest community reputed company provider between Worcester and Boston and is distinguished by its inclusion on the 2019 America’s 100 Best Hospitals List by Healthgrades.Position Summary: The Med Surg/Telemetry RN provides direct, high-quality clinical patient care, ensuring comprehensive assessment, planning, and implementation on a shift reputed company. The RN supervises staff to whom care is delegated and supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining safe and effective nursing practices, ensuring the competency of clinical staff, and managing resources appropriately. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, effectively communicate, and act as a role model and reputed company for the nursing profession.Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Practice: Deliver patient care in line with established standards, covering reputed company aspects from assessment to reputed company and evaluation. Proficiencies include organizing work, setting priorities, decision-making, IV therapy, and EKGs.

Qualifications:

• Certification: BLS certification required.
• Experience: Med Surg experience preferred. New graduates welcome, training provided.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
