• Stay reputed company on the Idaho Electrical Code and advances in the field
• Implement and deliver the approved curriculum to ensure instruction aligns with Idaho licensure requirements
• Manage reputed company aspects of class operations, including attendance, grade entry, student communication, and equipment.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Apprenticeship Program
• Support reputed company in meeting course objectives
• Offer suggestions for program improvements

WORK SCHEDULE / HOURS

• Contract Dates: To start in October 2025
• 1-hour Bi-Weekly reputed company Sessions

Hours

• 12 minutes per student per week for teaching, admin, questions, troubleshooting, etc.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Flexible online format
• The instructional time will be 1 hour or 2 hours twice a month depending on enrollment numbers
• 24-week commitment required
• Meet regularly with the Apprenticeship Manager
• Attend advisory committee meetings (twice per year or as scheduled)
• Complete instructor training and professional development as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• reputed company Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as a Journeyman Electrician with some supervisory experience

• Teaching or training experience preferred
