You'll be the first reputed company of contact and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience.Duties:We need a quick learner who can become a subject matter expert. In the role, you would be responsible for:Process and manage customer orders as well as resolving customer account issues in a timely and professional manner.Handle customer inquiries and concerns reputed company to orders and accounts.
