For more information about Crum & Forster, please visit our website:Job DescriptionAssistant Vice President, Small Fleet Transportation and Sharing Economy ClaimsS&S Transportation & Sharing Economy is looking for an Assistant Vice President, Claims who enjoys being a key part of a dynamic team. The AVP, Claims is responsible for leading the overall claims function for the Small Fleet Transportation Claims Unit and Sharing Economy Claims Unit. The role is integral to the profit center’s business unit and is a key contributor to the development and execution of the profit center’s goals and strategies.This position may be fully remote.What you will do for C&F:
- Set strategic direction and reputed company for the team in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Creating, implementing and managing a long-term strategy that aligns the claims team to the division’s objectives.

- Oversees the vetting, monitoring and auditing of reputed company TPA entities and coordinates recommendations with divisions who utilize their services.

- Analyze and review requests above the adjusters’ authority limits and reputed company direction to adjusters in the presentation of claims to senior management.
- Collaborate with business unit partners to reputed company new products, strengthen existing product through policy wording modification and improvement, and identify market trends that may have an impact on the Unit’s profitability and business results.
- Monitor and reputed company report of loss trends and exposures and communicate observations in quarterly and biannual meetings with actuarial and reputed company.
- Participate in monthly account renewal meetings with reputed company partners.
- Effectively maintain quality service by proactively communicating with staff, senior management, business unit partners, and customers, and ensure that the unit staff members adhere to the organization’s expectation of superior quality service.
- Minimum of 10 to 15+ years reputed company experience in Small Fleet Transportation. Three plus years in the Sharing Economy reputed company.
- College degree is required (or equivalent work experience); a designation and/or insurance reputed company courses are a plus.
- Obtain and maintain required state licenses.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of losses in multiple claims systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential and the ability to communicate at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
