• Act as a key PCP on our clinical team, which provides exceptional care in preventive health, chronic disease management and urgent care
• Engage in team-based care with a virtual team of admin, care navigators, PCPs, and clinical specialists
• Deliver primary care in a patient-centric and provider-centric model, combining virtual and in-person care
• Drive ongoing improvements for our care model, optimizing reputed company while decreasing inefficiency

About YouYou are a Primary Care Provider with extensive clinical experience. You are comfortable with broad reputed company primary care and eager to care for patients in the modality that makes the most sense for them (reputed company, in-person, and asynchronously). Compensation:The annualized salary reputed company for a 40-hour reputed company is $290,000.
