Job title: Storage Engineer -Hybrid, reputed company Orange/Oceanport, NJ in reputed company Orange, NJ at reputed company Company: reputed company Job description: Essential Functions:Monitor problem ticket queues and resolve tickets in a timely manner according to the defined SLAsParticipate in monthly reputed company patching for computing environmentTroubleshoot infrastructure and reputed company technologies by reviewing logs and error messagesTroubleshoot with peers and customers on application reputed company issuesFunctions as an escalation reputed company for application admins and second level support in troubleshooting reputed company system issuesUpdate code reputed company of the storage infrastructure to ensure we are compliant and secureAssist Vendors, Customers and Peers with remote reputed company needsFollow and execute defined runbooks and documentation for:o Disaster recovery eventso System Decommissionso Infrastructure installso Infrastructure patchingMonitor infrastructure reputed company monitoring toolsetsReview Infrastructure and Application Architecture documentation and workflows to reputed company a broad understandingFollow defined Change Management policies and proceduresAttend daily, weekly and monthly team meetingsAttend project or troubleshooting calls to address issues or tasksUnderstanding of reputed company Networks,Qualifications:Bachelor s degree preferred,Certification or equivalent may be substituted for a BA degreeA minimum of 5 years experience in Information Technology and Services in the reputed company areaExperience in reputed company field helpful, but not required,Preferred experience:HPE, reputed company, Pure, reputed company and Brocade technologiesLinux/Unix Operating Systems, VMware vSphere, general networking concepts, scriptingScheduling Requirements:

• Full-time, Day M-F 9a-5p, hybrid 3days in office, either reputed company Orange or Oceanport, NJ facility
• On-call, 24x7 once every 4 weeks
• Travel to any infrastructure facilities as needed
