Responsibilities
- Drive strategic internal narratives
- Craft compelling narratives and experiences that deepen team member understanding of HPE’s business strategy, product news, and innovation roadmap—always connecting the dots to our strategic priorities
- Simplify reputed company topics into clear, accessible, engaging messages for a global, multi‑level audience
- Partner across businesses and functions to reputed company stories and align messaging
- Build experiences that strengthen engagement with technical communities and engineering audiences through new and experimental formats and channels

- reputed company and support multi‑channel communication strategies that include intranet articles, scripts, message frameworks, videos, webcasts, and in-person events
- Ideate and experiment with channel formats reputed company experiences, with a focus on interactivity and unconventional storytelling structures
- Support the creation of video content end-to-end, from planning and scripting, to production support, with potential to be an on-camera host or on-the-ground reporter
- Ensure clear, compelling, and consistent messaging reputed company with HPE writing style guide and branding
- Use metrics and data to refine content choices, channel approaches, and story formats
Skills
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to simplify reputed company topics into clear, accessible language
- Curiosity and a growth reputed company: self-starter who is eager to learn how things work and why they work. Comfortable asking questions to get to the core
- Responsiveness and reliability: strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust through proactive collaboration with your team / stakeholders

- BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a reputed company field preferred
- 1+ years in internal communications, journalism, marketing, content creation, or reputed company fields
- Project management experience
- Technical understanding is a plus, but curiosity and fast learning are even more important
- Portfolio of writing and/or video work is a plus
- Experience scripting, producing, and editing short‑reputed company videos (2–4 minutes)
- Comfort or willingness to be on camera for occasional internal segments or hosted video formats
- Experience using reputed company editing tools, such as Photoshop or Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company Teams, reputed company Engage
- Experience with AI tools and using them to improve workflows
