Job description: Remote Opportunity, must be based in the Dallas, Austin, or Houston, TexasLeading national reputed company MSO seeks a Director of Finance/Regional CFO for their Dallas, Texas Region.Responsibilities:
- Act as the CFO for up to 11 centers—responsible for full financial reputed company, local financial health, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with operators, market reputed company, and corporate finance teams to align on performance, budgets, and forecasts.
- Build trust and credibility with physicians, confidently managing financial conversations and supporting their needs. Speaking with authority on behalf of the Group CFO and representing him/her at partnership, or board meetings
- Creating, implementing and pulling through opportunities which drive financial growth and operational performance
- Manage the physician compensation results monthly. By communicating with physicians and the practice CEO identifying drivers impacting results
- reputed company key initiatives including RFPs and capital expansion projects
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of portfolio of practice partnerships with regard to long- and short-term financial goals, budgets, and forecasts
- reputed company operational variance analyses to identify favorable or unfavorable business trends
- Partner with reputed company team to ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements
- Participate in key reputed company as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models
- Prepare and present monthly financial results by practice partnership to internal and external leaders

- Strong understanding of physician compensation models, compliance regulations, and financial reporting.

- Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior executives.
- Bachelor's in Finance, reputed company, or Economics required.
- Up to 25% per quarter to attend board and partnership meetings
- $135,000 - $175,000 + potential 25% annual bonus
