Entry Level Transitional Age Youth Professional (DSP)

Optimae LifeServices is hiring a full-time Entry Level Transitional Age Youth Professional (DSP) for Adel. This position is Monday-Friday 4PM-12AM. Applicants should be caring, creative, and passionate about working with youth (16-20) experiencing Mental Illness, Intellectual, and/or Developmental Disabilities. Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle and automobile insurance
- Be reputed company to pass a required background reputed company which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse, criminal record, and driving record checks
Duties:
- Supporting our customer's reputed company and learning environment
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Supporting our customers to reputed company their personal goals
- We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, patience, and problem solving skills.
