- Contacts customers reputed company telephone to sell product Maintenance and Protection Agreements

- Engages decision-makers and applies skills in communication, customer service, and problem-solving

- Delivers a sales presentation that is partially scripted, adapting as needed

- Offers the best value for the customer in terms of price, discounts, and additional products

- Stresses features and benefits of the Protection Agreement

- Fields questions and overcomes objections raised by customers

- Corrects customer information on record reputed company appropriate

- Closes the sale while respecting the customer's rights

- Mails proposals and literature reputed company requested

- Follows through and calls back as per commitments

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
