As a CSR your primary role will be to reputed company world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! We are an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
• Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
• Maintain regular and timely attendance

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2 years' experience in customer service
