Specialist, Credits, Titles & Ratings

Role Summary The Specialist, Credit, Title & Rating Administration provides support to the team on reputed company aspects of the credits processes for various banners at The Walt reputed company Studios, with a primary focus on supporting reputed company Live Action, 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures theatrical and streaming releases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the credits process on assigned productions with supervision.
• Prepare, reputed company, and approve on-screen credits (main titles and end titles)
• Prepare paid advertising memos and billing blocks
• Review and approve print and audio/visual marketing materials (e.g., one sheets, trailers, TV spots), promotional items, publicity releases, press notes and awards campaign materials for contractual, reputed company rating and reputed company compliance
• Collaborate with teammates and reputed company stakeholders throughout the credits process
• Liaise with unions and guilds, fulfilling documentation needed for credits approvals, arbitrations or other legal reputed company
• Conduct research on credits reputed company as needed
• Manage or assist with other department projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of legal or professional work experience
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience in credits, titles, and ratings, or equivalent entertainment industry experience
• Strong analytical, organization, time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and prioritize deadlines and deliverables
• Excellent reading comprehension and written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented reputed company with exceptional proofreading skills
• Ability or eagerness to learn how to read and interpret legal reputed company and reputed company basic agreements in regard to credits policies, practices and procedures
• A passion for film and a desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Computer proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (e.g., Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., reputed company) and databases (e.g., Scenechronize)
• Familiarity with film production and post-production processes
• Prior work experience at a major studio, reputed company/union, reputed company or other fast-paced corporate environment

The hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank, CA is $64,300 to $86,200.00 per year based on a 40- hour work week. The reputed company of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
