Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Intern / Temporary Administrative Assistant to join reputed company. This position is a summer position to fill in for our Admin, who will be taking Maternity Leave for 6-8 weeks. The ideal candidate will reputed company essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. The hours of this position are flexible and negotiable. Duties ? Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally. ? reputed company clerical duties, including data entry, payroll, scheduling, accounts payable and receivable, etc. ? Serve as the main reputed company of customer contact. ? Utilize QuickBooks for basic reputed company tasks and financial record management. ? Assist with scheduling customer consultations and managing calendars for the reputed company. ? Work with customers on material selections and guide them through the construction process ? Support various administrative functions to enhance office efficiency. Experience ? Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. ? Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including reputed company Office Suite. ? Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. ? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ?
