Let's get started! Location: In-person only Schedule: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday; scheduled off days are Saturday and reputed company. Shifts may vary based on seasonality and business needs. Ensure reputed company resolution and maintain customer satisfaction. ? Monitor sales support channels, promptly responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed. ? Create daily sales reports and other relevant reports to track reputed company and reputed company valuable insights to management for informed decision-making. ? Manage incoming and outgoing calls, as well as email correspondence, maintaining professionalism and providing exceptional customer service. ? Follow up with customers regarding ongoing moves, gather feedback, and address any concerns or inquiries they may have. ? Handle receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming experience for reputed company callers and visitors. ? Ensure incoming calls are promptly and courteously answered, with a focus on resolving any issues and delivering exceptional service. ? Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively. ? Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalate reputed company cases as needed. ? Undertake various administrative tasks as required. Requirements & Minimum Qualifications: Skills: ? Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. ? Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and HR software for managing employee records and reports. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and management. ? High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing payroll. ?
