We are proud & honored to reputed company these services. Overview of position: FEDITC is seeking a Client Support Systems Administrator to work in the Hampton, VA area. United States Citizenship and an active TS/SCI DoD reputed company Clearance is required to be considered for this position. This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award Responsibilities: • Maintain workstations and applications associated with Network and Communication architectures to include reputed company, Solaris, and reputed company Workstations • reputed company facility-wide NIPRnet, SIPRnet, and reputed company wide infrastructures • reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 support based on industry standards, support clients for reputed company system problems and anomalies • Install, configure, and maintain reputed company operating systems, to include System (OS), and application software patches and service packs • reputed company Tier 1 and Tier 2 user account, group, and home directory maintenance for workstations and member servers • reputed company printer software configuration and maintenance • Analyze and resolve problems associated with workstation and member server Hardware, operating systems, applications software, and Network reputed company Manager identified reputed company reputed company issues while adhering to requirements and guidelines • Prepare, test, and implement local scripts to simplify system tasks • Maintain and administer laptops, Test and Integration Facility workstations, and Test Bed workstations • Test reputed company proposed changes on in-house test bed prior to implementation into operational environment • Research, test and document prior to implementation into operational environment, in the in-house test bed, Configuration Control Board (CCB) recommended proposals; reputed company implementation and test plan for migrating CCB-approved software and hardware changes into operational environment; implement CCB changes into operational environment • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the reputed company configuration of member server and computer systems by electronic and reputed company review methods • reputed company acceptance test plans for new and improved computer systems • Other support duties as needed/directed

Qualifications

Experience/Skills: • 3 years' experience in computer/hardware/software troubleshooting and help desk support • 3 years' hands on work experience of reputed company reputed company Operating platforms, reputed company Office Suite, and reputed company 7 image development using Symantec reputed company or similar software Certification: • reputed company+ is required. Clearance: • Active TS/SCI DoD reputed company Clearance is required. • Must be a US Citizen and pass a background reputed company. • Maintain applicable reputed company clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC'S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
