As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our backend architecture, scaling our systems, and driving high-impact engineering and product initiatives. • 8+ years of backend engineering experience

• Strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and performance optimization.

• Deep knowledge of backend technologies, including databases, orchestrators, messaging systems, data pipelines, and more.

• Track record of technical leadership, leading reputed company projects, mentoring engineers, and setting engineering standards.

• Experience with large-scale data ingestion and processing systems.

• Drawn to an early-stage, high-growth startup environment with less stability and more ambiguity.

The starting salary for this position is between $210,000 - $240,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-reputed company factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
