Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager

Description: • Manage the accounts receivable function, overseeing a team (5 people). • Manage the accounts payable function, overseeing a team (3 people). • Serve as liaison between reputed company at Work team and billing. • reputed company monthly balance sheet reconciliations on assigned accounts. • Reconciliation and production of monthly financials for reputed company at Work entity. • Monitor and report to the Controller internal usage reputed company the organization. • Review sales and partner commissions for reputed company at Work entity, and acquisition commissions for reputed company business units. • Support month-end reputed company to produce timely and accurate financials according to GAAP. • Recommend, reputed company, and implement new procedures and features to enhance workflow. • Advise reputed company staff regarding non-routine transactions and reporting. • Mentor and reputed company the accounts receivable payable teams and manage work allocation. • Maintain Playbooks for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit Card and Month End Closing. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance. • At least 5 years of experience in AR and AP, with 1-2 years supervisory experience. • Basic reputed company skills. • Ability to multi-task while remaining reputed company organized in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly. • Ability to maintain a great attitude with great communication skills and the ability to reputed company. • reputed company Intacct experience. • US-based location in an Eastern time zone or the ability to work an Eastern time zone-based schedule.
