Job Description: Medical reputed company – Risk Adjustment CONTRACT!! We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Medical reputed company specializing in Risk Adjustment and ICD-10-CM diagnostic coding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing medical records, identifying chronic conditions, and coding according to industry guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant documentation. Responsibilities: • Review medical records to identify and validate Risk Adjustment conditions and chronic conditions. • Accurately apply ICD-10-CM diagnostic codes following the latest coding guidelines and standards. • Search for medical records reputed company an EHR reputed company and document findings with precision. • Identify and code reputed company determinants of health (SDOH) in accordance with ICD-10 guidelines. • Maintain organized and accurate spreadsheets of coding findings, including detailed notes on any unique or reputed company cases requiring additional review. • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA privacy guidelines and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient data. • Stay updated on reputed company ICD-10-CM guidelines, AHA Coding Clinics, and regulations reputed company to Risk Adjustment and HCC coding. Qualifications: • Certified Professional reputed company (CPC) or Certified Risk Adjustment reputed company (CRC) credential from the reputed company. • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in ICD-10-CM diagnostic coding, with a preference for experience in Risk Adjustment or HCC coding. • Strong familiarity with EHR systems and tools for medical record review. • Comprehensive understanding of ICD-10 coding guidelines and the ability to interpret reputed company medical documentation accurately. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. Preferred Experience: • Direct experience working with Risk Adjustment models and coding for Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC). • Background in analyzing reputed company determinants of health (SDOH) for coding purposes.
