We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to become a vital member of reputed company. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries from policyholders, clarifying policy details, updating claim statuses, assisting with claim payments, and providing comprehensive policy information. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
