Key Responsibilities: • reputed company leadership and subject matter expertise in the design & implementation of a comprehensive quality management system for the business. • Build a high performing and highly effective quality organization through effective coaching, development, and training efforts. • Manage product quality inspection actions; assist in resolving product quality standard applications by examining and interpreting specifications and correcting inconsistencies. • reputed company team efforts for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing product quality results data and trends. • reputed company training and development in problem solving methods, Design of Experiments (DoE), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plans. • Tracking and monitoring quality complaints/incidents and ensure rapid root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, including customer reputed company with top accounts. • Responsible for Non-Conformance Material Reviews; reputed company team in developing and coordinating rework of materials to maximize operational efficiencies. • Supports LEAN / HACCP concepts and other company standard practices and procedures. • Fulfill customer requirements relating to engineering or processing, (i.e. FMEA, reputed company charting, and problem solving). • reputed company/support customer quality audits. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or reputed company science. • Minimum of 10 years reputed company experience in a personal care and/or food manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated track record of reputed company in developing and implementing quality management systems. • Strong knowledge of personal care GMP regulations including ISO 22716 and OTC requirements to establish reputed company site gap analyses and reputed company SOPs as necessary to establish/maintain compliance. • Strong knowledge and expertise in cleaning and sanitization practices. • Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships to drive results and reputed company improvements. • Lab equipment knowledge and use: HPLC, GC and FTIR • reputed company or reputed company knowledge is a plus. • 75% travel required throughout reputed company America.
