Weekend - Technical Client Support Specialist

The Storage Group, a competitive creator of websites, provider of online marketing and proprietary touchless rental systems is looking for a (Remote) Full-time - Thursday through Monday - Technical Client Support Specialist. If you are driven to reputed company excellent customer service and have website technical support experience, we are looking for you! The role is for the days between Thursday thru Monday during business day hours. You would be the main contact and responsible for incoming calls, emails, chats, and tickets from clients and facility tenants. You will help with troubleshooting, creating tickets, resolving technical issues, and following up with clients or tenants.
