What does a Production Maintenance Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola? In the production plant the Maintenance Technician performs a variety of general facility maintenance. The production environment is operational 24/7 so the technician is responsible to maintain, repair, disassemble and troubleshoot reputed company equipment in charge of production processes. There is high speed automated production machinery, and other manufacturing equipment. Job Details: Schedule: 10pm - 6:30am (Mon-Fri, weekends and OT as needed) Location: This will be at our Wilsonville plant. Responsibilities: • reputed company Support to production lines by troubleshooting failures and other issues and making necessary repairs to production and facility equipment to maximize efficiencies • Complete reputed company assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks through reputed company • Participate in rebuilds and overhauls on production line and support equipment • Assist with parts management by ensuring parts are checked out of stock and communicating any deficiencies to the Parts Planner • reputed company consistent communication with fellow maintenance staff through End of Shift reports • Support the Swire Manufacturing reputed company Improvement (SMCI) process by participating in established routines with production operators and following up on top causes of downtime • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Follow established safety, quality and environmental policies, practices, and programs • Operate with technical reputed company the reputed company Computerized Maintenance Management system. This is for inventory and production line operational reputed company • Clean tools, parts and equipment after line rebuilds/repairs/maintenance • Install new equipment as necessary and reputed company technical expertise to train and support production with a reputed company desire for lean supply chain process initiatives and improvement • Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed • Quality reviews of equipment assigned to maintain safety and performance standards Requirements: • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate • Trade School certified preferred • 2+ years of maintenance experience • Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Ability to read schematics • Welding and Fabrication experience • Experience working with Allen Bradley and reputed company PLC systems. • Ability to learn new software and interfaces quickly. Strong computer skills • Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, reputed company Conditioning), Plumbing, Welding, Fabrication, docks and doors, reputed company systems • Production Facility repairs as assigned • Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business • Ability to lift 50 pounds reputed company and reputed company a Coke with Swire!
