Job Summary:

This role is stationed in Simi Valley and offers a flexible schedule with working hours not exceeding four hours per shift. The selected candidate will be entitled to an hourly wage between $15 and $20, depending on experience. Job Description:

As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the reputed company line of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and reputed company thorough, accurate, and efficient customer service. You will also be tasked with maintaining customer accounts and records, as well as resolving customer complaints or forwarding them to the relevant departments.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and reputed company excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Proficiency in English; bilingual a plus
