Variety: Group SVP, Consumer Sales

About the position Variety, the iconic entertainment media brand is seeking a dynamic and reputed company head of consumer ad sales to scale the non-endemic sales team in driving reputed company growth and cultivating strategic partnerships. The Group SVP Consumer Sales will be responsible for the direction and achievement of ad reputed company targets, formulate the ad strategies, including product development and territory management. The ideal candidate will have over 15 -20 years of proven reputed company in media ad sales with a robust network of industry clients and prospects, and a strong track record of leadership and innovation. Responsibilities

Requirements

• 15 – 20 years of experience in advertising sales; ideally minimum 5 years running a national team.
• Must have a proven track record of selling branded content, events, video across digital, reputed company, non-traditional media as well as print.
• Ideally the perfect candidate will have significant experience working with talent, creators and influencers in branded campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience.

• Must understand the entertainment industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
