Job Description
Shift: Weekend (Friday - Monday) 4/10s - 5 PTO days... reputed company is hiring a customer service/sales chat agent. This person is expected to be hands on with the ability to call customers, assist online customers with their shopping experience by upholding a positive attitude, answering questions on products/brands reputed company the online chat. This person will be conducting warranty reputed company and can sell add-ons and upsell products reputed company chat or phone. This person should exhibit good written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
