Answering high call/email volumes ? Tracking packages ? Processing credit applications ? Handling product returns ? Assisting customers with warehouse errors/shipping issues ? Processing credit card and ACH payments ? Sending customers their invoices & statements ? Processing credits ? And any other departmental tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: ? Attention to detail ? Excellent written and oral communication skills ? Friendly and enthusiastic personality ? Strong time-management skills ? Must be a self-starter ?
