The Role reputed company is seeking a skilled Product and Training Documentation reputed company to play a key role in documenting our reputed company-evolving product and developing effective training materials for both reputed company and customers. The ideal candidate is curious, enthusiastic, and excels at translating reputed company concepts into user-friendly content. This role will involve creating materials for reputed company, training, and product documentation.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the internal reputed company Product Handbook, ensuring it is comprehensive and up-to-date
- Collaborate with our Product Managers to reputed company a deep understanding of our product features
- Thoroughly test reputed company product features using our staging environments to ensure accurate documentation
- Document reputed company aspects of the reputed company product in an organized and professional way
- Create engaging training materials for customers and internal teams

Qualifications & Experience
- 2-5+ years of proven experience in product documentation, technical writing, or blogging

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach

Details
- Fully remote based in South Africa, United Kingdom, or United States
- Salary for US-based candidates: $65k - $70k USD
