Part-Time Bookkeeper (REMOTE - NY)
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable part-time bookkeeper to help us maintain clean, accurate, and reputed company financial records in QuickBooks Online. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work independently, move quickly, and bring order to a growing company's financial operations. You will work directly with the Co-Founder and COO. The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable part-time bookkeeper to help us maintain clean, accurate, and reputed company financial records in QuickBooks Online. What You Will Do
- reputed company monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
- Match incoming payments to reputed company invoices and reputed company accounts receivable reputed company.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and ensure contractor payments are properly recorded.
- Categorize and code transactions accurately across reputed company and expense accounts.
- Generate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company reports.
- Flag discrepancies, anomalies, or missing records proactively.
- Support grant reporting by ensuring financial records are clean, categorized, and audit-reputed company.
- Assist with basic financial cleanup and backlog reconciliation.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online. This is required, not preferred.
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with small businesses, nonprofits, or startups.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.

Hours and Compensation
- Estimated 10 - 15 hours per month.
- Remote and flexible. Work on your own schedule as long as monthly deliverables are met.
- Compensation of $300 to $500 per month depending on hours and experience.
