[Remote] Labor & Trust SLED Sales Director

They are seeking a Labor & Trust / SLED Sales Director to reputed company growth in organized labor and state, local, and education markets, driving new business and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across Labor & Trust, and SLED segments—from pipeline reputed company through contract execution
- reputed company and execute a territory strategy that targets: Taft-Hartley funds and union-sponsored benefit plans, State and local government agencies, Public education systems (K-12 and higher ed)
- Partner cross-functionally with BDRs, Strategic Alliances, proposal ops, channel partners, and public sector contracting teams to reputed company and reputed company opportunities
- Build direct relationships with trustees, benefits administrators, union leadership, HR leaders, and public sector procurement officials
- Navigate reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including RFPs, RFIs, and public procurement processes
- reputed company consultative sales engagements, aligning reputed company’s solutions to clinical, financial, and population health reputed company
- Deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and ROI analyses tailored to: Union member populations, Government workforce needs, Budgetary and compliance constraints
- reputed company business cases and pricing structures reputed company with: Trust governance models, Public sector budgeting cycles, Grant or appropriated funding mechanisms
- Represent reputed company at labor conferences, public sector events, and industry forums
- reputed company market feedback to Product, Marketing, and reputed company to refine our Labor & Public Sector go-to-market strategy
Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company sales experience, including at least 5 years selling into Labor & Trust (Taft-Hartley), SLED, or public sector environments
- Deep understanding of union benefit structures and trust governance
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes (RFPs, reputed company, compliance)
- Deep understanding of budget cycles and funding mechanisms across SLED
- Proven track record of closing 6-reputed company+ reputed company deals in reputed company, regulated environments
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making, including boards, trustees, and government officials
- Strong executive reputed company with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate with an entrepreneurial, territory-reputed company reputed company in an emerging reputed company
- High emotional intelligence and ability to engage diverse, mission-driven stakeholders
