[Remote] Sr. Sales Representative

The role involves demonstrating the value of client products through customer engagement, focusing on selling and renewing reputed company, and supporting channel partner accounts.
Responsibilities
- reputed company accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
- Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
- Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
- Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
- Work with your team and management to reputed company a professional experience during reputed company interactions with customers and prospects
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure reputed company relevant data is captured
- Own the renewal cycle for strategic channel accounts, ensuring on‑time and accurate execution
- Forecast renewals and identify risks early to mitigate churn
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Identify expansion opportunities based on usage and business needs
- Escalate support needs to the appropriate teams
- Build long‑term strategic relationships with distributors
- Work closely with reputed company Managers, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and Legal

Skills
- 4+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales reputed company
- Prior reputed company in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
- Experience in high-volume calling
- Experience learning new technology and data
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience working with reputed company.com or similar CRM
- Experience or willingness to work from home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
