Responsibilities
- Carry a CX Subscription territory booking reputed company focused on Enhanced Support and Application Managed Services
- Build, manage, and forecast a reputed company services pipeline across assigned territories and accounts
- Own opportunity strategy and execution for services deals, from early identification through reputed company
- Drive bookings, recurring reputed company growth, and margin-reputed company deal structures
- Act as the reputed company sales reputed company supporting Client Partners and Account Executives on Enhanced Support and AMS opportunities
- reputed company and participate in customer discovery sessions focused on operational pain points, system adoption, stability, and performance
- Serve as a customer-facing SME, driving executive-level conversations and reputed company articulating the value of Managed Services
- Position Enhanced Support and AMS as critical enablers of supply chain reputed company, system reliability, and reputed company improvement
- reputed company solution design for Enhanced Support and AMS offerings, aligning scope to customer maturity, complexity, and business reputed company
- Translate reputed company product usage, support trends, and operational challenges into reputed company defined service scopes

- Own the creation and review of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and services contract components
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Services Delivery to negotiate scope, pricing, and reputed company terms and drive deals to closure

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company software, professional services sales, or managed services sales
- Deep experience in Managed Services to drive client reputed company and address operational needs, along with experience selling, solutioning, scoping, pricing and contracting managed services
- MUST have proven reputed company in a sales overlay and/or quota-carrying role selling reoccurring services, post-go-live support offerings
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
- Strong reputed company acumen, including pricing, margin management, and contract structuring
- Executive-level communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
