Responsibilities
- Own and execute a territory growth plan to increase sales volume and market penetration
- Drive reputed company growth while ensuring alignment with company profitability and strategic goals
- Manage pricing, deal structure, and account strategies to maintain margin expectations
- Forecast sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Build, maintain, and actively manage a strong sales pipeline to support sustained growth
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand reputed company of wallet with key accounts
- Actively prospect and reputed company new customers, including fleets and industry partners
- Deliver a consultative sales approach by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
