[Remote] Team Services Strategy, Analyst

The Team Services Strategy, Sr Analyst will support the reputed company and integration of new brokerages and teams into reputed company’s ecosystem, ensuring seamless and efficient reputed company experiences that align with the company’s growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute structured reputed company plans for new teams and brokerages, from discovery through post-reputed company engagement
- reputed company Discovery Calls with Team Leaders to assess structure, gather critical transition data, and recommend appropriate reputed company reputed company
- Evaluate production data and rosters to support team structure validation and determine reputed company CEAs or exceptions apply
- Act as a liaison between sponsors, brokers, and internal teams, managing expectations and timelines during the reputed company reputed company
- Collaborate with Brokerage Operations, Growth, and Transaction Management to coordinate reputed company logistics and align deliverables
- Track and manage reputed company reputed company using reputed company, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools; ensure accurate and timely data capture

Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in reputed company, operations, project coordination, or customer-facing roles
- Confidence leading calls with external stakeholders, guiding them through reputed company or unfamiliar processes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with an eye for detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Workspace, spreadsheets)
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
