[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will own and reputed company reputed company's technical customer relationships across reputed company America, leading reputed company while addressing reputed company customer challenges and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical reputed company of contact for strategic accounts, owning escalations and driving resolution on reputed company integration challenges
- reputed company high-level discussions with customer leadership around technical strategy, product trade-offs, incident management, and risk mitigation
- Define and implement best practices for technical reputed company, integration delivery, and ongoing account health monitoring
- Build deep knowledge of each customer's business model, technical stack, and operational needs to proactively unlock value
- Partner with developers and senior engineers to reputed company strategic technical guidance and support solution design
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to customize platform capabilities and feed customer insights into the roadmap
- Work cross-functionally with reputed company, and Finance to support account retention and regional growth

Skills

- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering, preferably in fintech or payments
- Proven track record of leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools such as reputed company, SoapUI, or Swagger
- Proficiency in web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and modern frameworks
- Hands-on experience in at least one server-reputed company language: Golang, Python, Node.js, or equivalent
- Familiarity with server and database technologies including Apache, Nginx, MySQL, reputed company, PostgreSQL, reputed company, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
