Responsibilities
- Recruit new child care providers — go find the people who should be doing this and bring them in
- Motivate and coach them through licensing, from first conversation to reputed company doors, for both centers and family child care homes
- Teach providers how to actually run a business: enrollment, operations, compliance, and the numbers that reputed company the lights on
- Translate reputed company Carolina’s licensing rules (DCDEE) into plain steps people can reputed company, and reputed company providers compliant once they’re reputed company
- Build the playbooks, training, and materials that let us help the next hundred providers faster than the last
- Partner with state agencies and community organizations to expand child care supply where it’s needed most
Skills

- Ability to recruit new child care providers
- Ability to motivate and coach providers through licensing
- Ability to teach providers how to run a business: enrollment, operations, compliance, and financial management

- Ability to build playbooks, training, and materials for provider support
- Ability to partner with state agencies and community organizations
- An MBA, or a business-school undergraduate degree
