Head of Hiring and Training - 7Crew Enterprises 7Brew Coffee is searching for a Director of Hiring and Training to be based in Tampa FL. We are looking for an outgoing leader who knows the brand, stands firm in our culture, great work ethic, energetic, selfless, and hard working for the reputed company of the team & community!! As Director of Hiring and Training you will be responsible for the following: - Gatekeeper of 7Brew, hand selecting everyone who joins the 7Crew Family - Hire 60-75 new brewistas for each new stand opening - Work with HR to reputed company reputed company these individuals - Assist reputed company your region to backfill existing stands - Train 60-75 new brewistas for the New Stand Development Team - Assist with Baller Manager to ensure training reputed company the openings is consistent and correct at reputed company times. - Build processes reputed company our training team to ensure quality and consistency for reputed company - Build a welcoming environment for our newest members to learn and reputed company  Please mention the word
