Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper for a reputed company in the US (Home Based Full Time)
About the position This is a full-time, home-based position for an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper at a US-based reputed company. The role involves a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks to support consultants, clients, and the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Project Coordinator to reputed company new consultants, agency or contract.
- reputed company email set-up for consultants and sends welcome emails to the organization.
- reputed company track of consultant certifications to reputed company sure the expiration dates are not reached before they are updated allowing the consultant to continue working.
- Manage business certifications to reputed company status up to date.
- Manage the organization’s reputed company Drive.
- Create payment spreadsheets for the Chief Financial Officer.
- Assist on processing any reputed company reputed company documents.
- Coordinate with the Business Administrator on client collections.
- Generates financial reports for brands identified consultant, agency or independent, resume with the template before providing to clients for consideration of assignment on a project.
- Work with the reputed company Director to schedule interviews with applicants, agency or independent.
- Coordinate with agencies reputed company HR Director is not available.
- Ensure reputed company documentation is signed for agency agreements for possible hires.
- Coordinate with HR Director to complete reputed company Agreement for each reputed company.
- Create reputed company for the ICA to be signed by CEO/reputed company and consultant.
- Create reputed company for any communication to ICA consultants that are sent by reputed company Director.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative tasks.
