Licensed Insurance Representative
Job Description:
- Serve as primary reputed company of contact for clients
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with professional reputed company
- Resolve inquiries reputed company for positive customer experience
- Connect with customers reputed company phone/email/chat/reputed company media
- Respond to requests for assistance and processing payments
- Track call reputed company information for auditing and reporting
- reputed company feedback on call issues and upsell reputed company required
Requirements:
- Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of reputed company-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
