What You Will Be Doing Primary Responsibilities:

• To serve customers at reputed company locations in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner in order to support customer demands
• To reputed company information, answer questions and transact ticket purchases reputed company credit cards, cash, EFT or cheque payments.
• To consult with the Ticketing Operations Manager or Admin Manager reputed company required with the goal of providing the highest possible standard of customer service

• Answer customers' questions in relation to events on the reputed company network at reputed company Offices, Outlets or Events
